- International shipping: International shipping costs are additional and calculated at the time of purchase. We ship overseas using post office expedited service, which you will receive in 14 - 20 days.

Our products will have a 4-year warranty. In the unlikely event that you receive a product with any material or craft defects, we pledge to rectify the situation promptly. It is important to note that our warranty extends solely to the cost of the product and does not cover normal wear and tear. Furthermore, any alterations, improper cleaning, misuse, mishandling, or accidents are excluded from our warranty coverage. However, in cases where we have made an error in personalization or if the product exhibits defects, we will gladly replace it. Kindly be informed that personalized items are non-returnable.
