SHIPPING POLICY

• Domestic shipping: Free in Vietnam
• International shipping: International shipping costs are additional and calculated at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, or any other fees incurred when shipment arrives. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns or exchanges. We ship overseas using post office expedite service, you will receive in 14 - 20 days.

WARRANTY POLICY

Our products will have a lifetime warranty. In the unlikely event that you receive a product with any material or craft defects, we proudly stand behind our craftsmanship and pledge to rectify the situation promptly. It is important to note that our warranty extends solely to the cost of the product and does not cover normal wear and tear. If our product has served you to the point of wear, it has provided actual value. Furthermore, any alterations, improper cleaning, misuse, mishandling, or accidents are excluded from our warranty coverage. However, in cases where we have made an error in personalization or if the product exhibits defects, we will gladly replace it. Kindly be informed that personalized items are non-returnable.

RETURN POLICY
All our products provide 7-day no-reason return service, and any dissatisfaction can be provided within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. (The return shipping fee is borne by the customer)
