Return Policy

1. Product return and exchange conditions.

Customers can exchange goods within 5 days from the date of purchase printed on the invoice when customers are not satisfied, want to change to another product or the product is defective by the manufacturer (skin peeling, skin explosion, leather). not true cowhide, industrial leather, PU, imitation leather).

The exchange policy only applies to products when the following two conditions are met:

• Products purchased in the official store system of the Da Bao leather brand are included with the sales invoice and customer information on the invoice.

• The product has not been used, has not been changed in its current state, with the price stamps, labels, and accessories intact. Products/labels/accessories must not be dirty, scratched, damaged, torn, dented or wrinkled by external influences after purchase.

With online orders, customers can exchange products in the following cases:

• The product is not the same as the image on the Website, the supplier sent the wrong product.

• Product is defective due to manufacturer, shipping.

Customers can exchange for products of greater value or equal to the purchased product. In case the product selected for exchange has a lower value than the product to be exchanged, the customer will not be refunded the change.

 

2. Time to exchange/return products.

• Customers can exchange/return goods within 5 days from the date of purchase.

 

3. Return shipping costs.

• Leather Bao leather is free to exchange goods for customers in case the product is defective by the manufacturer such as peeling, exploding leather, imitation leather or being scratched during transportation, wrong delivery.

• In case the customer wants to change the product for subjective reasons such as not satisfied with the product, does not fit the size, does not match the color, etc., please pay the 2-way shipping fee in case the product needs to be changed. transferred to the warehouse of Da Bao leather.

 

4. Product return method.

a. For in-store customers:

• Customers can directly send the products to be returned with the purchase invoice.

b. For customers buying online:

• After receiving the product, Da Bao leather will conduct product inspection according to product return and exchange regulations, please wait 3-5 days for processing (excluding Sundays and holidays). We will notify the customer of the results by phone and text message once the test is completed.

 

Note: We do not accept customer exchange if any product is used or more than 5 days old. In cases other than Company Policy, Da Bao leather's decision will be final.
